Description

Bandung International Conference on Medicinal Chemistry will consist of morning and afternoon sessions. The scientific program will include presentations and discusiions of all important aspects of medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical biology, and phytochemistry. The scientific program is composed of oral presentations, poster sessions, invited lectures and plenary lectures. Contributions are highly welcome.

In addition, ample time for discussions will make this an extremely attractive conference for scientists at all levels.

The topics to be covered in this conference:
1. Chemistry for pharmaceuticals (new synthetic methods, process chemistry)
2. Chemical biology and chemogenomics
3. New drug targets (endogenous substances; receptors, enzymes, channels; glycoproteins; genomic pharmacology)
4. ADME/Tox. (drug metabolism and toxicology, drug delivery, medicinal bioengineering, biomaterials)
5. New methods for drug discovery (analytical & physico-pharmaceutical chemistry, high- throughput medicinal & combinatorial advances, lead identification & optimization)
6. Predictive in silico methods (bioinformatics, structural biology for drug development, complex systems approaches, cheminformatics and QSAR, computational chemistry)
7. Protein-protein interactions
8. Reversal of multi-drug resistance
9. Natural products in drug discovery
10. Biomarkers in HPS through clinical development
11. The role and significance of preclinical studies in drug development
